We are committed to providing customers with the best possible quality products and customer care. However, if the customer believes that the products received do not meet their expectations, and in accordance with applicable laws, the customer has the right to cancel their order within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the products were received.
For orders consisting of multiple products delivered separately, the cancellation period is fourteen (14) days from the date on which you – or a third party acting on your behalf other than the carrier – received the last item in the order.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, except in the case of defects in the products or incomplete or incorrect delivery.
The Customer must return the Complete Product(s)** as defined below, unused, in their original, undamaged packaging, to Us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days after the customer has communicated their decision to withdraw.
**Complete Product(s): a product is considered complete when:
Regarding Products received as a gift with purchase (example: one product purchased, one product offered): The customer must return the purchased product(s) that the Customer wishes to return and all the products offered as a gift with their purchase;
Regarding boxes containing several Products: The customer must return all the Products included in the box. If the Customer does not return a Complete Product** before the expiry of the fourteen-day period, the return will not be processed and the Customer will not be refunded for their order.
